46 years old, doctor of Earth Sciences (PhD), geologist, speleologist, assistant professor at the Institute of Geology of the Adam Mickiewicz Univeristy. A member of the Wielkopolski Klub Taternictwa Jaskiniowego (Caving Association). Her research interests include studies of sediments and corrosive forms in caves thanks to which one can recreate former directions of water flow, genesis and evolution of cave systems and the neighbouring valleys, as well as reconstruct changes taking place on the surface of mountain areas. She conducts research in the caves of the Tatra Mountains, Low Tatras, Jura Krakowsko-Częstochowska and the Prokletije Mountains (Montenegro). She has participated in cave exploration expeditions to the Prokletije Mountains (every year since 2006), the Hoher Göll in the Berchtesgaden Alps, Norway and Bosnia and Herzegovina. She was a member of the board of the Wielkopolskie Caving Association for several years, serving various functions, including president in the years 2004-2010. A member of the Caving Committee of the Polish Mountaineering Association (PZA) in the years 2007-2010, a member of the board of the PZA and the chairwoman of the Tatra Mountains Committee in 2007-2016, since 2016 the chairwoman of the Caving Committee of the PZA. In 2009-2015 associated with the “Taternik” magazine, has been cooperating with the quarterly “Jaskinie”.
